Hugh,

From the distant past, didn't the Ruissians do something similar to a new U.S. Embassy building in Moscow, they had cables planted in the walls so they could listen in.  Re Australia, the Chinese must have ways of picking up Blueprints sent by Email, by something similar to EXCEL or POWER POINT ?
