Mike,

(1) How can anyone steal a blueprint online?

(2) Why were the Australians building a new intelligence agency headquarters 
to ancient prints of what must (by definition) be the drawings for a much 
older such building?  The Chinese must have got to know identical original 
well.

(3) The documents taken included cabling layouts for the huge building's 
security and communications systems, its floor plan, and its server 
locations. Yumping yiminy! Servers back in the 40s!
