it is stretching my imagination too much to agree that a geographical 
location can be called a 'cluster'!
but that's just me.
do you think there is a person in maersk with the incredible job [or is that 
word out now?] of title conceiver?
what would he/she's title be I wonder?

did maersk's london office wallahs scream blue murder when they were told 
liverpool was the next stop?

what is peel holdings concern/interest here [any relation to emma peel?]?

Colin,

The GB Cluster refers to a geographical area, Maersk moved from London to 
Liverpool a couple of years ago.  They are hoping perhaps that Peel Holdings 
will build as post panamax container berth in the river to allow the present 
big ones to berth on the West coast.  The only port they visit in the UK at 
present is Felixstowe.
