I forgot this one, frank

the national Panasonic RF-5000.

in 1983 I sold it to a neighbour here in new orleans - as far as I know, he never used it. it's still sitting in his closet somewhere.............................

I had one of the last made models bought it in Sembawang Singapore and had it stolen from my car while moving office 2 weeks later, I already had a Sony 2000 but when I saw the Zenith tucked away at the back of the shop it couldn't resist buying it not having seen one for years

they are the last three Trans-Oceanic models made by Zenith.
they were usually made in Chicago, but the last model -the R7000, [in the center] was made for Zenith in Taiwan.
Zenith couldn't compete against the Japanese and eventually stopped production of the Trans Oceanic.
the three radios work as original and all have exceptional loudspeaker reproduction.
