It was on an inspection with the office wallahs. The Chief Steward indicated that a vacuum cleaner was stuffed but he had been refused a new one. "What's wrong with it?", "Won't suck". Marine Super bent over it, unclipped the cover, the cylinder was packed tight with scunge. Nothing more was said. No wimmen involved.
