[BITList] Volcanologists ahoy

On my one and only trip to Japan (Kampala  survey 1962/63) I remember seeing
the "smoke" from a docile volcano on the starboard side as we steamed  
towards
Yokohama which we reached within a few hours.
    
      I've tried Google Earth but cannot locate or  name this volcano.
 
  Can anyone help me ? (I'm sure I did not dream this)
