G'day Folks,



Ingham is the next town north of Townsville. About 70 minutes drive away. Sugar cane and bananas would be be the main crops of this agricultural town.

They have received around 350 mm of rain is the last 24 hours. [9.8 inches].

Where I went to school nearDarjeeling in India we received 27 inches of rain in 24 hours. [685 mm] But then we were on very steep slopes so the water just ran away down into the valley.
