[BITList] Nuclear fusion what's taking so long TechRadar

When the US sent their first nuclear powered sub to the UK to try it out 
against  our anti sub ships as they had been unable catch it, they were 
not very happy when we were able to declare it sunk 3 times in a 24 hour 
time period
