[BITList] BBC faces new checks into quality of TV andradio shows

I agree about the cooking, and the talent, and would add the "looking for a holiday home" stuff. But BBC3 and BBC4 have decent output, and BBCAlba do some fine stuff on Europe when not speaking the Gaelic.  I saw one on Bombay that was a model for other such.  Among the non-BBC (and we only have Freeview)  we can usually find something, old or new, that's worth watching.
