[BITList] Type 45 Destroyers

I can understand having to cut out access plates in the hull to replace 
the Turbines, but  boring holes to do this leaves one rather puzzled. I 
had to organise replacing the diesel generators on a couple of rigs in 
Singapore in much the same way, as though removable plates had been 
fitted on each deck above the Generators, over the years machinery had 
been installed on and around them making it an imposable task to lift 
them out, cutting holes in the side and sliding them out into the dry 
dock was the only thing I could think of. All went well but it was even 
so a hell of a job
