Yesterday afternoon, I had the pleasure of being shown round their yard.  They have built modules for the two Aircraft Carriers in Rosyth, the Modules are built upside down, for welding purposes and are fitted with the electric cables and pipework installed.  They work to a tolerance of 5 mm.  They are transported upto Scotland by barge.

In the party was a chap who had stood by ships being partly built in E. Germany and completed in Poland.  The tolerances were were about 5 cms !

The company is 75% owned by Peel Holdings.
