Never mind bruschetta, though it's better than pizza, and you can keep your "braw bricht moonlicht nicht, the nicht." How about this one - rød grøde med fløde? The only consonants pronounced as such are "g", "m" and "f". The Danish Resistance used it as a shibboleth in WW2.  Not one of the four words is pronounced anything like as written. It means red gruel with cream. I can do a laboured version of it, but not at normal speed with a gun at my head.
