Colin,

A few years ago they scrapped 3 RFA ships in a Dry Dock in Liverpool, one of them was the SIR PERCIVALE.  There were no complaints from anyone as far as I know.  The E/R was sealed off and pressurised while they got rid of the Asbestos.  That was that and the Dry Dock hasn't been used since.
