Who wrote that nonsense?  Sharia so-called law, per se, is neither legal nor unlawful in the UK. It is the business of muslims who feel the need to follow its dictates. If the results of it conflict with Scots or English law, then it may become a matter for civil or criminal law, and in that it is no different from the "laws" that govern members of the C of E, the Roman Catholic Church, the Society of Irregular Druids (if such exists), and the Church of Scotland, to name only a few.
