Don't you just hate it when there is free education, progressive taxation and the eradication of poverty? --  and she left out the worst one of all - a national health service.
These "bennies" only encourage the poor to remain  irresponsible a la mrs. Buckets brother in law Onslow (Geoffrey Hughes).
Without government hand-outs they would be encouraged to leave their tv's, go to university, become brain surgeons and pay less tax than they were doing before.
As she is clearly a dyed-in-the-wool republican she won't be back to suffer the indignities of the madding crowd.
