[BITList] Americas's Stoned Kids on BBC2

Watched a programme tonight on the effects of Colorado legalising the recreational use of Cannabis last year.  It showed the effect on kids in their early teens going through the day smoking Cannabis.  They have legal shops dispensing Cannabis made up like chocolates, if a young lad took one he would probably overdose.

What were the State Government thinking of proposing the legalisation and it's effect on the youngsters never mind the adults ?
