From the other List from James Slater.  I have spoken on the phone a couple of times to Fred, a real nice guy.  He was the guy that organised a collection that paid for a Memorial Stone to be erected in Singapore as the Govt. there were planning to build over a cemetery in which M.N. people were buried.

> It is with much sadness that I have to announce the death of Fred Waddington. His wife, Bobbie, phoned me a short time ago to say that Fred had died very suddenly this morning (7/4/13). Fred had not been I'll and the cause of death is believed to be an embolism. He died very quickly.
