all that old logical stuff has been done – at this stage of the game the general cretins are only interested in sensationalism, so conspiracy theories are a must and are demanded by film producers, etc. 
possibly we will get another young thing who is expert in joggled plates and double riveting!

I've done a bit of science and a lot of history, and the only thing about Titanic that baffles me is why there are cretins out there gearing up into full conspiracy theory mode about her sinking.  It's easy - she hit, collided with or sideswiped an iceberg and sank. There, that's it settled.
