      (CBS/AP) PITTSBURGH - Gunfire at a psychiatric clinic at the University of Pittsburgh killed two people and injured seven others Thursday afternoon, the university's medical center said.

      Police reported one of the dead was the gunman, said University of Pittsburgh Medical Center
