that’s a good one – I wonder how the commentator knew it was not all in ‘one big tank’?
has anymore been said about the harmonic interference effect?

I haven’t seen very much about it on the telly here – so far.

As I may have made clear, I am pissed off with much of the media coverage of the disaster.  On BBC TV tonight they homed in on the possibility of oil leaking out - 2,000 tons of it, they said. The BBC commentator said, "Luckily it isn't all in the one big tank."  I remember we used to toss a coin or draw cards before deciding on the luckiest way to store fuel oil during the early design stages of a newbuilding.  "Even money it'll be double bottoms again," sort of thing.  In Odense we cast the runes and chanted.
