you are right, only 4% graduate of those who enrolled. quite a few students enroll, get a student loan then use it for other purposes!
one of the problems [apart from no degree] with doing that is that the student is always liable for paying it back, even when they drop out of school and even when bankrupt..........

Graduation rate 4% - does this mean 4% of those who sat the final exams passed enough to graduate, or 4% of those who enrolled in 1st year graduated?  My money is on the latter.  I like the look of No 7, Kent State.
