There are a few different sides to the global warming debate, but really it boils down to (a) it's happening, or (b) it's not happening. Suppose (a), then it's mostly man-made, or it isn't at all man-made, or it's somewhere in between. Suppose (b), then where's the evidence? If there's no evidence (and I don't see how there can be), it's only a belief, and a potentially dangerous one at that. We can't have (a) and (b). Option (a) gets in the way of big bucks, so, even if evidence for it stood up and spat in their faces, these clowns would offer us platitudes from charaltans paid to look the other way.
