dual tandem articulated locked-train – I like it.
incidentally, jaguar are about to produce the C-X75: “The future of the Supercar”. it’s powered by 4 x145 kw electric motors to produce a total of 780 hp and 205 mph.
all this power is produced by a battery and two micro turbines spinning at 80,000 rpm. some reduction gear needed there?
it’s 700,000 pounds [damn, and I just ordered a porsche 918 – wonder if it’s too late to cancel]............................

You asked about Morar's gearing - I forgot to reply.  Made by Fairfield - dual tandem articulated locked-train. A gear-type flexible coupling between turbine and gearing. So it says here anyway.  It wasn't a feature of life aboard.
