<< I recently boarded 5 planes over 4 days, and not once did I see a sign saying Remove Your Shoes.  At least once, noting someone else had removed theirs,  I removed them and found I was one of a small minority who had done so. After some thought, I put them on again and they stayed on.  >>

I always take off my shoes on long flights.And I get up frequently and walk from one end to the other. This I believe, is good my my health.
