  U.S. District Court Judge Kurt D. Engelhardt on Tuesday afternoon ordered the delay of the high-profile police trial. The trial was scheduled to begin on Monday.

  In his ruling, Engelhardt noted that one of the defendants "suffered an adverse medical event" last Thursday and was hospitalized until today.
