All I know is that 5 days after we appeared on google earth the house was burgled, the police mentioned at the time that they had had quite a lot occurrences which had been traced back to the criminals using the facility to case out their victims layouts so at least they found it to b accurate enough for their purposes

A question for you. How do you know which ones are shown in the correct position, and which are not? Google (as far as I know) give no measure of how successful their location system is. It is unable to show me my daughter's place - doesn't understand the address - the Post Office have no problems with the address.
