[BITList] Extra Master/ Chief Engineer Certs

Anyone know as to how many BI persons gained these Certs, if they stayed with the companyand, if they stayed, what happened to them or swallowed the anchor once obtained and did the  Examiners thing? Did anyone else but me attempt but fail?
