I was expecting a war between native Aussie beers (I know of some) and the likes of imported Miller Lite and the American Budweiser. Not so.  One taste test I did long ago was between the brewed in the UK Carlsberg and Tuborg, and my recollection of the brewed in Copenhagen versions.  No contest - I don't drink the UK version. And I don't like either "fak" or imported US beers.  Were not our Export beers brewed to be able to cope with long voyages?
