[BITList] FW: Hash sign on shift 3

For me 2 + @, 3 = #, 4 = $ and I can change to the Pound sign if I want but
I forget how, as I rarely use it and when I do need to use it it is quicker
to type Pound. I had the same trouble In England Hugh trying to find the @
on a Pommie key board.
