There's no chance of my getting rid of my old 5.24 disks.  My old BASIC stuff is on my HD as well as on 5.25s, but my old CAD drawings from Kincaids are on 5.25 disks, as is much else, including the most imporrtant bit, the stuff I can't remember.   When my father gave up the family house, the loft was emptied, I can't say by whom, since the family weren't on good terms with my brother, Iain, and I.  Anyway, by the time relations has become cordial again, the deed was done, and everything of mine that was in the loft had vanished.  The only person who knew about it was Mr Nobody, and his pal, Can't Really Say.  I had a big trunk I'd used in the MN, full of stuff - all gone.  What was in it?  That's the question.  So I hang onto my 5.25s.  Maybe one day I'll come across a 5.25 drive that works in a modern machine.
