Hugh,

When I were but a lad, before WWII, I broke two gas mantles in my Grandfathers house.  To them it was outrageous !  The fact remained in the family history.   I think in our house we had electric.

P.S.  I wonder if all the argy bargy caused by the Tea Party across the water, before agreeing to the settlement,  means that they lose some sleep !  As it started the ball rolling downwards, look at the recent loss on the FYSTE 100.
