Last time I was in the UK a couple of years ago I found on going into a 
shop and choosing to speak to one of the white assistance that the white 
ones were Polish and the black ones were the owners, after a couple of 
weeks roaming around I got the impression that anyone normal had already 
left for other climes or were getting ready to go, so why they need to 
outsource anything is beyond me all they need to do is patch into the 
Ealing exchange to get the same effect
