Hugh, On my last ship serving my time, CHAKDINA, I left her from the RAD. The Crane men couldn't see the hook on their Crane. If you went ashore, you were escorted back to your ship as people were falling into the dock. There was a large loss of life among the elderly and the Govt. at last started to do something about the problem. Mike
