Colin,

As I see it, we are neither in nor out of the EU.  We cling to sterling, whereas we should have changed to the Euro long ago.  I believe our stance is dictated in part by subservience to the opinions of the USA.  There is far too much jingoism in UK opposition to the EU. The "tight little island" syndrome, John Bull, and all such bullshit.  As to who is my MEP, I haven't a clue.
