[BITList] stalling

Colin,

I caught a bit on radio this morning about the 7-hour Congressional grilling of the BP man.  They reckoned he'd been advised to play dumb.  The way I see it, a group of people who collectively haven't a clue about drilling for oil, were asking questions of a man equally ignorant - a lot of money spent and nothing achieved but headlines.  All bluster and show. The BP name change was done (I believe) to reduce its "British" image, it being no longer British.
