Suppose I get an urge to unbundle a service, how should I start?  This sort of crap is now endemic.  BA's lawyers sought anti-strike injunctions on the unions over trivial aspects of voting, and got away with it, though I believe the tide is turning.  Banks in the UK, faced with multiple claims for unfair charges in small claims courts, have successfully got it changed to sheriff courts (in Scotland - don't know the English equivalent).  This means claimants would face unlimited legal costs.
