I know of one care residency for the aged and disabled here in Perth where
the predominately female staff clubbed together to provide a birthday
present to a disabled resident to visit a brothel.

One could easily argue that it is as necessary for the disabled to be so
indulged as for the rest of us, as to the taxpayer paying, well we pay for
medical, mental and other physical services and a better use of taxpayers
money that cleaning one's moat.
