Keep your fingers crossed for those of us who live in Australia as to  
the result of the UK being taken to court by pensioners who have had  
their pensions frozen since they live in a Commonwealth country. The  
case is being heard today in the Grand Chamber of the ECHR at 9.15am.

As a matter of interest the lawyer who is representing the Pensioners  
was named as human rights layer of the year in the UK so I am hoping  
we are in with a chance.
