Let me asist you.

Place the bag and is contents on its back in such a way that you can  
see both ribbons.

Start at one end and push the centre ribbon into the outer slot. Run  
your thumbnail or a finger nail along from the end that you started  
until you get to the end..

You should feel it going into the slot as you advance.

And remember, Tiger Woods became the golfer that he is by practising -  
a lot.
