[BITList] Ziplock Omelettes

John,

An interesting idea, however, I've yet to succeed in fastening the top of one of these bags.  Also, the resulting omelette is too thick.  My wife's specification whenever it's my turn to cook is - like leather. And when, as often happens, she decides to hang the washing out just as the omelette has been decanted onto a hot plate, leather is what she gets.
