What a prick indeed.  Apple don't give a monkeys about the use of the name.  The law on that subject is not as clear cut as their attitude would imply - they rely on the cost of legal action to keep people ignorant of that. All they want is to clear away any opposition to their version (amazingly like the other) when it comes out.  The chap should change it to "Not-iPod", or "You won't believe it's an iPod."  How about EyePod?
