Actually the 20" iMac is the same price as it was before - what has  
happened is that the 'lower' version of the 20" iMac has been  
discontinued

As to the Mini's they are both an upgraded model and I don't think  
people should compare them to the 'old' prices - Likewise the Mac Pro  
is a much upgraded model

Not really comparing Apples with Apples really  :)
