[BITList] Telstra customers charged for paying bills

This is called getting money for doing nothing. Some firms do it the other way round, ie, they give a slight reduction for paying online or by phone, so there are plenty of precedents if anyone has the balls to withhold the extra charge.  Administration fee my arse !!.
