G'day folks,

Just been looking at Jack Thomas's Images of India - 1945.

I saw a photo of a Calcutta tram that reminded me of an exam at  
school.  The question was " What do the intials 'BBC' stand for?

And one bright spark wrote "The Britannia Biscuit Company"!

And there on one of the photos was an advertisement for - "Britannia  
Biscuits"
