Hello Hugh,
I'm one of the franks you mentioned though I don't think we met I was an 
elect with BI and the RFA before joining the oilfield  for the last 35 
years give my regards to rab if you met up we sailed together on Karanja 
but I left my stash on the Uganda with the chief elect Alec Malcolm does 
anyone know what happened to him ?a  scot, only living in London if I 
recall rightly
