On a more serious note research has proved that those wishing to avoid Altzeimers have to avoid all red meats, poultry, most vegetables and much else, doesen't leave a lot to live on so if your sent shopping and turn up with fish and chips looks like its too late, though in my case I'd be in seventh heaven!
