On Tuesday past, Man United beat Glasgow Celtic in a Champions League game at Old Trafford.  Those into football history will know Celtic won the European Cup in 1967 and Man United won it in 1968.  So far, so good, but what should one make of this?  A TV commentator at Tuesday's game said, "In 1967 Celtic were the first Scottish team to win the European Cup, and one year later Manchester United became the first British team to win it."
