[BITList] The top ten most irritating phrases

Is there a prize at the end of this?  Regardless, I go on.  I can add one or 
two very overused/irritating words/phrases, in no particular order.

Different to.
Different than.
Like ..... as in "I was - like - you know?"
You know ..... as in "I was - like - you know?"
Just ..... as in "Bloggs soap powder just got better."  Ungrammatical and 
weirdly ambiguous.  I'll explain the latter if anyone insists.
Fantastic ..... as in "Wow !! Fantastic !!"  Especially when uttered by some 
TV ponce in response to nothing much.
Property ..... as a substitute for "house" on too many TV programmes.
