It said on the Beeb that in Brazil there were 45 unsafe Dams in Brazil !

A Brazilian dam that burst on Friday, killing at least 10 people and leaving hundreds missing, showed no structural flaws when it was inspected last September, said TÜV Süd, the German firm that carried out the inspection. TÜV Süd could face considerable damage claims.
