[BITList] Senseless Vandalism

It happens in other countries as well as the UK.  Terneuzen is a small port on the R. Scheldt, on the way to Antwerp.

Senseless vandalism...

 
This kind of thing pisses me off no end. Two pairs of good, usefull binoculars, put there to be used (free of charge) by the city counsil.

Vandalised and rendered unusable. Without any goal whatoever... The sign, depicting the several types of vessels passing Terneuzen, has dissapeared as well. It pisses me off and, at the same time, it makes me very sad... Grtz W!W
